Everyone loves to get presents. This is a fact. But finding a perfect gift for other people can be quite challengable. It takes time and careful consideration so it’s good to find a little inspiration. And that’s why we are here. If you’re looking for Christmas gift guide for family and friends you are in the right place.
Christmas gift guide for 2019. The only one you need
This year I will share with you all my favourite buys and things that got my heart. Are you ready? So, the first on our Christmas gift guide is:
Stocking with a personalised plaque
It may be hard to believe but we’ve never used Christmas stocking before. I’ve never got one for myself so I wanted it for my son. We’ve found the perfect one on funkypigeon. I really like the idea that you can personalise a lovely plaque. You can do it with any name of up to 12 characters! The stocking measures 42cm tall and 20cm wide, fully finished and with a hanging loop which is quite handy. This stocking caught my eye because of the blue colour which is my favourite one! And of course, a sweet penguin with Santa hat is more than cute so I couldn’t resist. There is a lot more to choose on the website so do not hesitate to take a look at it.
Photo block
We had no single picture of our family in a frame. I know it’s crazy so when we had a chance to get a photo block with our picture we didn’t want to wait too long. Each photo block is filled with either silver glitter or red love hearts to make your photos really stand out. We chose silver glitter because I wanted to make it more…Christmassy. That acrylic photo blocks fit a regular 4 x 6″ (10 x 15cm) photograph – so no trimming or photo adjustments are needed. Their registered design frames are made of clear plastic with safety-certified liquid inside. It looks really nice and solid. It’s not a cheap frame and I think it looks quite posh. We put it in a central place of our living room 🙂 So nobody can miss that.
Humorous Socks from ChattyFeet
They are colourful and fanny. You can choose socks with characters from the world of art, literature, science and even the Royal Family. Definitely, there’s something for every well-dressed foot in the family this Christmas. I love all the names like Megan Ankle or Kate Middle-Toe. And what’s the best You can get them for every member of the family! Family Set cost £12 so that parents and their sidekicks can step out together in matching characters. They are comfortable and I’m sure every person who will get them will be more than happy. Especially that socks are manufactured in Europe from high-quality cotton, giving a soft feel and long life.
Japanese sake set from Sous Chef
I’m always excited when I can discover new cuisine and traditions from around the world. And Sous Chef is the best place to do that. I’m grateful that they gave me a chance to review Japanese sake! My set consists of a traditional ceramic flask known as “tokkuri”, four small cups called “choko”, or “ochoko” and a bottle of Ozeki Junmai sake. Ozeki Junmai sake is a premium ‘junmai’ style sake, which means it is made only from rice and koji grains. It is smooth and dry, with a light body and refreshing fruitiness. Ozeki Junmai is a perfect introduction to sake. So I can’t wait to try mine but I want to read more about traditional sake drinking to make it as it should be. Anyway, I fell in love with my set which for me is a high-end product. I’m pretty sure it will be the best Christmas present for people who loves to discover new things.
If you want to know all Sous Chef product range go to their website. You can find there loads of ingredients, equipment, tableware, and gifts inspired by leading restaurants and international food.
There are four main reasons why you should not be afraid to order products from them:
- They are Gold Rated Feefo Merchant
- They ship across Europe (free for larger orders)
- When you order before 5 pm they will deliver your goods the next day!
- You can return what you don’t like with no questions asked
Glossybox
I was looking for a perfect subscription box for a while. I chose two to check which one will be better and I fell in love with the glossy box. Products are of high quality, well-known brands and the size of products is really good. I got two boxes so far and waiting for my December one. Most of the 5 products are a full size which is really awesome. I love that self-pampering box. I’m sure every woman who will get a subscription of that box will be thrilled.
Instax sq6
Here is something I had to put in our Christmas gift guide for this year. I always wanted to have my own vintage camera with printed square pictures. The only reason why I didn’t get a mini Instax was the shape of the picture. It wasn’t square. I adore my camera it’s in a pretty blush gold colour (which for me looks like pink:P) and it’s quite light so I can take it with me whenever I want. I’m not the best with taking pictures. I’m still learning and I will be still practising during Christmas time. But I can definitely say it’s a perfect gift for people who loves that kind of stylish gadgets.
DJI Mavic drone
Speaking about gadgets if you have a bigger budget I will recommend buying a drone. We bought it for my husband and I think that’s his all year gift 😛 It cost about £600 but looking at how my husband is excited I can say it was worth it. I hope we will be able to introduce you some pics and videos which he made with his new (favourite) toy.
I hope you like our Christmas gift guide. Let us know if you’re planning to buy something from our list.
