They are perfect when it’s hot or when you are in bad mood. I was looking for perfect ice creams for my son. He is only 14th months so it’s obvious that I prefer something with natural ingredients. It was really hard to do I’ve decided to try making ice creams by myself.
They’re healthy and easy to make. You need about 5 minutes to prepare them. And you can be sure that your kids will love it. Those ice creams are easy, tasty and nutritious. The main ingredient is a banana.
Why bananas? Bananas are an ideal fruit that can be introduced to babies who are at least 6 months old or those babies who are ready to eat solid or semi-solid food. The nutrients found in bananas are not only helpful for adults but for toddlers and children as well. They contain potassium and fiber. Bananas are also high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2. Potassium contributes to healthy blood pressure as well as healthy heart functions. Bananas are also known as one of nature’s own antacids. Some of the health benefits of banana for infants include
- easy on the stomach,
- controls diarrhea,
- treats constipation,
- helps in reducing skin inflammation
- improves urinary disorders
What do you need:
- bananas
- yoghurt
- dark chocolate (at least 70%)
- also, you can use some toppings
- sticks
Preparation
Cut bananas in two halves and sticks through each piece.
Dip every piece in yogurt, chocolate and put some topping on it.
I can guarantee you your kids/babies will enjoy them. Especially babies during painful teething. Frozen banana is great for soothing a teething baby’s sore or tender gums.
