Those milestones

It’s so amazing watching our kids develop and new skills. When they hit a new milestone we are proud and thrilled. But it’s not so easy to get them on the next stages. For example potty training. And I don’t need to say even a word. We all know how hard it is. So, let talk about feeding. Yeah, this one is also not so easy. Mess and dirt everywhere. Meals on the floor instead of in their mouths. Messy clothes, table, chair. We’ve been there. And our patients were tested. Eventually, we had things which helped us to survive that stage. Not only tones of wipes but also cutlery with ergonomic design. And easy, delicious meals which our son loves and don’t like to waste it and seeing it on the floor (yeah win! win!)

Now, couple words about Benjamins cutlery

Toddlers feeding and bejamins cutlery review

The Benjamins cutlery sets have been designed to assist young children aged 18 months and older based on what they can actually do – without expecting them to adapt to ‘normal’ cutlery which they cannot master at that age.

With their motor skills still developing at 18 months, using cutlery is not the easiest skill to master. Benjamins cutlery sets changes this with their innovative design. Consisting of a curved spoon and a pusher, the sets will encourage your children to independently learn to use a cutlery set without food ending up everywhere but in your toddlers’ mouth! Which is what we want. Right?! No food on the floor, no food in your kid’s nose, hair, etc. Every parent dream:)

Our thoughts

We love it. When our son is eating we can relax and don’t be afraid that he will make an epic food disaster. We forgot how hard it is when you need to sit with wipes and clean everything after every attempt of putting the food in your toddler’s mouths. Our boy didn’t have any difficulties while using Benjamins cutlery.

Toddler cutlery from Benjamins

What’s really awesome they have a cutlery designed for right-handed and left-handed kids. At least someone thought about it! I’m sure we will be using our set for a long time. I can recommend it to every parent who struggles to teach their kids how to eat properly without a mess.

I believe that now you want to know where you can buy Benjamins cutlery:)

Benjamins cutlery sets are available for right handed and left handed children from Amazon with an RRP of £17.99.

Let me know what do you think about our meals ideas and cutlery set from Benjamins:)
